Panjiri Recipes



Panjiri is a very spicy, tasteful, tantalizing, tempting recipe.It's very delicious and yummy recipe. Just follow our quicker and easier method to make / Prepare Panjiri and enjoy this luscious, mouth watering recipe. Letís learn how to make/prepare Panjiri by following this easy recipe.

Ingredients:
• 200 gms Gondh
• 1 kg Flour
• 1 kg ghee
• 1/2 kg sugar
• 1 tbsp Sonth
• 100 gms Makhana
• 200 gms Char magaz (dried melon seeds, water melon seeds, pumpkin seeds)
• 100 gms Ajwain


How to make Panjiri:
Heat ghee and fry gondh till it gets cooked.
Grind it fine.
Fry makahanas, almonds and magaz one by one in ghee.
Fry flour and ajawin over medium heat till the colour changes to golden brown.
Add fried gondh, makhanas, almonds, sonth and magaz.
Mix it well and keep it for cooling.
Once it gets cooled, add sugar.
Panjiri is ready.
